Business automation

The manual work your team repeats every week, done by software that tells you when it breaks.

  • Typical timeline 1 to 4 weeks
  • Fixed price per milestone
Scope

What we automate

If someone on your team copies data between systems, chases the same emails, or rebuilds the same report every Monday, that work can usually run on its own. We map the workflow with you, automate the steps that are safe to automate, and put an approval step in front of the ones that are not. Every automation has logging, alerts, and a plain-English runbook.

Questions

Before you ask

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per milestone, agreed in writing before work starts. Each milestone has a definition of done. After a 30-minute call we send a proposal with the scope, the timeline, and the price within 48 hours. We do not bill by the hour, and the price does not change unless the scope does, in writing.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Your ideas and business information stay confidential.

How do you communicate during a project?

A shared Slack channel with the engineers building your product, a demo every week on the live staging link, and a repo where you can watch commits land. You will never wonder what is happening.

What happens after launch?

Every launch includes a 30-day fix warranty: if something we shipped breaks, we fix it at no charge. You also get a runbook in your repo. For ongoing work, we offer a monthly plan with a named engineer. If you do not need one, you keep everything and we step back.
