Machina Totalis is a small software studio in Camarillo, California, run by its founder with senior engineers named in every proposal.
The founder runs every Sprint Zero. Senior engineers are brought on per project and named in every proposal, before you sign.
There is no team page with headshots. You meet the founder on the first call, and any engineer who will touch your code is named in writing before they do. They are better in person.
We run our own fleet of coding agents, we build with it every day, and we are the ones on call when it is wrong.

We are small on purpose.
A small crew and a large fleet is the shape that works. The fleet gives the throughput of a team; the crew gives the judgment, and nobody is billed for sitting in a meeting.
The fleet does not decide what is worth building, and it does not carry the pager at two in the morning. People do those things here.
