01Who we are
machinatotalis.com is operated by Machina Totalis Inc., based in Camarillo, Ventura County, California. "We" on this page means Machina Totalis Inc.
02What we collect
- The contact form. What you type (the topic, your name, email, your site or app, what you need, a budget range, and a timeline) goes to our internal inbox system so an engineer can reply. We do not sell it, add it to a newsletter, or put it in an automated email sequence. We keep it until you ask us to delete it.
- The app scanner. The URL you scan is fetched once, read-only, and the results are shown to you. We keep no copy of the scan unless you ask us to email you the results, in which case the grade, score, and finding titles are stored with your email in the same inbox system.
- Server logs. Railway, our hosting provider, keeps request logs (IP address, path, time) for a short period for operations and security.
- Cookies and analytics. The site itself sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tags.
03What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use anything you send us to train AI models.
04Your choices
Ask us to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, and we will do it. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone.
05Contact
Questions or deletion requests: the contact form. A person reads it.
